Volunteers are key to the success of Pancakes on the Plaza. More than 500 individuals cook and serve breakfast to more than 10,000 attendees every July 4th. Volunteers cook in two shifts: 6:30a.m. to 9:30a.m. and 9:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
We also rely on industrious individuals
to help guard traffic barricades on July 3rd and 4th and
to help with clean up at the end of the event.
